This project comes from my direct experience in the tech industry. I’m a software engineer and full stack developer, and I know firsthand what usually goes wrong when looking for a tech job.

For years, most job portals were full of unclear, poorly written, or irrelevant listings. Finding something that really fits often meant hours of searching through repeated ads, opaque consultancies, and unrealistic conditions.

Here, I do things differently: less quantity, more quality. I only post positions in companies that value their team, take care of their culture, and offer conditions that are truly worth considering.

I review every single listing manually before publishing it. Only opportunities that meet clear criteria of transparency, purpose, and feasibility make the cut.

There’s a lot of talent in Spain, and there are also companies that recognize it. My goal is to make that connection easier, directly and without unnecessary intermediaries.
